The Inner Strength is an interactive sculpture that questions the mental load, and more broadly, the well-being at work.
We Are Social takes Mentalista to the Women's Forum for his client AXA. An interactive sculpture called « The Inner Strength » has been designed to empower women entrepreneurs to become aware of their inner strength and to address the topic of mental workload.
With a custom headset fitted with electrodes, the attendees must concentrate to make a sphere levitate and light up words: Brave, Power, Belief, Strength... qualities entrepreneurs need daily.At the end of the experience, eight words are unveiled and a sound is heard to notify the success of the experiment. It announces the beginning of a discussion among the attendees to make mental load a central subject of well-being in the workplace.
The project was carried out in 3 weeks, from the brief of the agency to the installation in the Carrousel du Louvre. Mentalista was in charge of the artistic direction, design and manufacturing.
