Mental Wishes lets employees share their dream future to help companies reshape their missions
Mental Wishes is an interactive platform which allows employees to record then share wishes and express their commitments and convictions to their company. At the beginning of the experiment a question is submitted to the participant: How do you see your job in 25 years? With the impact of climate change on society, what will your job look like in 50 years? Do you think that your job in 10 years will be a job that makes sense?
Equipped with a brain-environment interface, the participant must answer in front of a camera about their wishes and commitments for the future. While he is filmed and can observe himself live on the screen, their brain waves are displayed on an overlay of the video in order to show different measurements (commitment, conviction, dedication).The platform aims to identify the different aspirations of the employee in relation to their job: work environment, career evolution, strategic choice, ideas to meet the challenges of tomorrow… to highlight in its own words the things that are the most important and need to be heard.
As KPMG has become a mission-led company in 2022, the firm wishes to engage even more closely with its employees to help them grow professionally and personally. It was on this occasion that Mentalista joined them to think about a unique platform allowing employees to reveal their wishes.
